I just had my annual eye exam and was very pleased with the care and professionalism provided to me from the initial check-in to the completion of the exam and consultation for new eye glasses. The staff (Dr. Bugenske, Marie, Courtney, Krystal and Kim) treated me very well and took the time to explain/answer all my questions. I have been using Family Eye Clinic at Towne Lake for a number of years and would recommend them to anyone that is searching for a new eye care provider.

I just had my Very first eye exam here at this office. Maria Was very kind and helped me with my first part of my exam. Courtney helped me with my checkout And Chris Was extremely helpful and helped me find the perfect pair glasses and explained everything beautifully. I would totally recommend this business and will continue to come here yearly

Marie, Kim and Courtney were very helpful! Marie was very thorough with the instructions, Courtney gave us a warm welcome and Kim was very helpful with finding lens. She did great ☺️

Marie at check in was extremely friendly and kind! It always makes a person feel welcome when the person behind the front desk is personable i love that! Mrs Kim was so patient and a pleasure to work with finding my lenses. She showed me multiple options and helped me pick out a frame that i really loved and was just so patient with me while i took my time! Im always nervous going to a new doctor, dentist, eye doctor etc. and coming here eased a lot of my nerves. Even Dr. Pritchett was so nice and informative! Highly recommend family eye clinic!

I waited until my second visit and just like my first, the women there are so patient, so sweet and so easy to talk to. Courtney, Marie and Kim are simply the sweetest people you can come into contact with. Myself and my children's eye appt couldn't have gone any smoother. I definitely do recommend then for your family, they are professional and very hey work with you regarding payments. Best choice in allowing them to care for me and my babies eyes. 🥰

At the Family Eye Clinic Kim , Courtney and Marie and Dr. Pritchett were absolutely amazing. Courtney from the very beginning has been very patient with me trying to schedule this appointment due to my schedule constraints. Meeting The rest of the staff in person finally was great. Dr. Pritchett was very detail and broke everything down to me as well as Marie. I have found my home for eye care at the Family Practice.

Im new to wearing glasses and was very nervous until Ms Courtney walked me through a terrific experience. She is a walking angle. If your looking for a new eye doctor this is definitely the place to go, ask for Courtney.

Family eye care is an excellent facility all the staff was very nice and considerate Dr Elise was very thorough with her exam leaving nothing to chance I’ll never go to another eye care top notch

Friendly staff with little to no wait time. They get you in and out and it is a short wait before your glasses to arrive.

My experience at family eye care was fantastic! When I broke my glasses, I was worried that I wouldn’t find somewhere that had available slots. I explained to them my circumstances, and they were extremely communicative and fast with their process. While in the clinic, the location was very clean and the staff were very friendly. Ms. Kindyl and Dr. B were very helpful as they led me through my appointment. Ms. Kindyl told me about their new machines and equipment as she help me with my pre-screening, which are all very well kept. Overall a great experience, I highly recommend going here!

I want to say thank you to Dr.Bugenske. your so patience I haven't found a eye doctor that took the time out to explain to me about my eyes since I was 11 years old. Today you made my day ! Thank you so much for your patience. I leave your office feeling so confident finding a doctor that care about her patient eye. Your amazing 👏
